MANDALA DA VOZ
Throughout life, we encounter traumas, limiting beliefs, and fears that can prevent us from fully using our voice. Often, the pursuit of perfection, fear of judgment, and insecurities silence us, causing us to hesitate even to sing. These barriers not only restrict our vocal expression but also limit our ability to communicate our true essence. Recognizing these challenges is the first step towards overcoming them.

We are unique beings, with unique ways of expressing ourselves. And when we access our voice, it touches a very deep place within us, a place where we encounter our vulnerability.
This place of vulnerability holds great power; it is where our creative potential lies. It's common to feel fear of reaching this place, it has intensity, and it's not comfortable, but once we allow ourselves to discover and explore this place, we can use this energy to our advantage in various ways.

STORIES WE TELL ABOUT OURSELVES
Let's dive in together to understand what really holds us back when it comes to singing. Often, these same barriers are the ones that limit us in other aspects of life. Let's shed light on these challenges while discovering our strengths - our talents, what motivates us, and what already shines in our voices.
Our entire life history is recorded in our body, in our posture, in our muscle memory, and the vocal production performed by our body is a set of muscular actions. When we work with the voice and access these muscle groups that are following certain patterns acquired throughout life, and which may be blocking this voice, stagnant energies begin to move.
And we don't stop there. Beyond the physical work with the voice, we will also understand and embrace the emotions and experiences that created these blockages. This way, we can ease these emotional burdens, preventing them from stopping us from expressing our true essence and limiting our voice in the world.

Healing Techniques: Apply innovative techniques to understand and overcome these blockages, turning discomfort into a springboard for exploring uncharted potentials within us.

The Body as an Instrument: Understand our body as an instrument of infinite vocal possibilities, learning to release and enhance our voice to reach new heights.

Physical Practices: Engage in activities such as Yoga, Pilates, and Dance to awaken our vitality, connect with the inner space of our body, and find new ways of expression through this wonderful instrument.

Meditation and Silence: From silence, cultivate presence and breathing as bridges to authentic and expressive singing, recognizing that music and singing emerge from and return to silence.

Collective Singing: Create harmony among different voices, learning to listen and adjust to the collective, finding the balance between contributing individually and creating space for others.

Singing as Spiritual Connection: Explore singing as an ancestral tool for spiritual communion and healing, employing it in ceremonial moments to channel intentions and prayers.

Neuroplasticity and Learning: Discover how our brain is capable of forming new connections, facilitating the learning of singing and other skills, paving the way for personal transformation.

Through practical exercises, we will sharpen our perception of singing, exploring a universe of possibilities that will allow us to significantly expand our vocal abilities.
MEDITATION - SILENT CONTEMPLATION

Allowing ourselves to observe the present moment is an exercise in presence and awareness. In this process, it is not necessary to cling to every emerging thought, nor to reject them. We can simply redirect our attention to the now, where breathing becomes our connection to the source of life. At birth, the first thing we do is inhale; at death, we exhale for the last time. And while alive, breathing is our continuous link with the divine, with the prana that animates our existence.
This bridge of breath is what we choose to use to connect with the presence, vitality, and vibration of the physical body we inhabit.
And it is this very air we breathe, the vital fuel, that we use to sing, emanating from a space of full presence.

PILATES, YOGA
BODY IN MOVEMENT
We will explore physical practices, such as Yoga, Pilates, and spontaneous dances, integrating movement, breath, and presence. This connection helps us become aware of our core power – essential for moving, singing, and navigating through life.
We will rediscover our body, recognizing it as a versatile and powerful instrument, capable of both movement and producing a rich and expressive voice. We will allow music and movement to flow through us, expressing emotions, feelings, and experiences, and awakening sensitivity for a richer interpretative expression.

An empowered voice, where the person claims their personal and unique vibratory expression is proven by science to bring physical, mental and emotional benefits

We learn to develop a more intimate connection with our voice, the vehicle through which we communicate our essence to the world, thereby cultivating more self-love.
